Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (Netherlands)[1], 21 March 2014 – Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus NV received a notification on 18 March 2014 from JP Morgan Asset Management UK Ltd. concerning the acquisition or disposal of voting securities. The shareholding of JP Morgan Asset Management UK Ltd. crossed the disclosure threshold of 3% through the acquisition of voting securities.
