Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (The Netherlands)[1], 29 July 2011 (6.30 pm) – Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus received a joint notification on 26 July 2011 from Alychlo NV, Couckinvest NV and Marc Coucke in connection with the acquisition or disposal of shares with voting rights. Couckinvest NV is controlled by Alychlo NV. Alychlo NV is controlled by Marc Coucke.
The shareholding of Couckinvest NV in Arseus decreased on 18 July 2011 from 3,451,248 shares to 0 shares. The shareholding of Alychlo NV in Arseus increased on 18 July 2011 from 0 shares to 3,451,248 shares. Marc Coucke’s shareholding in Arseus remained unchanged at 76,832 shares.
Marc Coucke also holds 50,000 warrants in Arseus NV.
Based on the denominator of 31,216,888 (total number of voting rights) and the relevant notifications received by Arseus, today the shareholder structure of Arseus is as follows:
