Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (The Netherlands)[1], 1 July 2011 (7:30 am) – Pursuant to the Belgian legislation of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus received notification on 23 June 2011 that the shareholding of BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA (formerly Fortis Investment Management SA) on 17 May 2011 had fallen below the disclosure threshold of 5%.
Based on the denominator of 31,216,888 (total number of voting rights) and the relevant notifications received by Arseus, today the shareholder structure of Arseus is as follows:
