Exercise of warrants increases capital of Arseus

Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (The Netherlands)[1], 17 June 2011 (7:30 am) – Pursuant to Title II of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the Royal Decree of 14 February 2008, Arseus announces today that 20,749 new shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of warrants. These newly issued shares are entitled to dividend as of the 2011 financial year.

The number of Arseus shares with voting rights is 31,216,888. The total number of voting rights (denominator) is 31,216,888. The share capital is € 320,023,050.35.

On 17 June 2011, there are 1,191,601 outstanding warrants under Warrant Plan 1 and Warrant Plan 2. The total number of voting rights obtainable upon the exercise of these warrants is 1,191,601.
