On 9 October 2025, Fagron announced that it will start the repurchase of up to 200,000 Fagron shares on 16 October 2025, to fulfill its obligations under Fagron’s long-term incentive scheme as approved at the last shareholders meeting. Fagron retained KBC Securities to execute the share buy-back program and KBC Securities made its trading decisions independently.
