Fagron's management
Fagron has a one tier board, the Board of Directors, with executive and non-executive members. The Board of Directors has at least five and no more than eleven members, of which at least half are non-executive members and at least three must be independent. Fagron’s general meeting of shareholders appoints the members of the Board of Directors for a maximum period of four years. After her/his appointment term, a member of the Board of Directors can be reappointed.
Fagron has an Executive Leadership Team that is responsible for Fagron’s daily and operational management under the chair of the CEO.
